Jessica has been dancing since the age of 8. She trained with various dance studios including, the Internationally known Hanover Children's Ballet Theatre & Co. for four years, and then went into the world of teaching dance. She has been a member of Footnotes Dance Company & The Force Performance Company, and currently, she is the co-director & co-founder of D&J's Dynamite Dance Company. Most recently, Jessica became the Director of the North Carroll Dance Program. Jessica has been a featured perfomer at the Eichelberger Performing Arts Center in Hanover, PA, and she has participated in several events to honor National Dance Week. In the past, she was awarded with the Frank Hatchett Broadway Dance Center Scholarship along with the Los Angeles Dance Force, "Dance with the Force Award." Last year, the American Dance Awards named her "Young Choreographer of the Year;" and her choreography has also been noted at several other dance competitions. Most recently, Jessica joined the Dance Olympus Faculty and traveled to Houston, TX, Minneapolis, MN, and Omaha, NE this past July, teaching master classes and performing for Dance Olympus. She continues to travel across the country, sharing her unique style with many students. Jessica also obtained a Bachelor's Degree from McDaniel College in Exercise Science and Physical Education in May 2003
